Senior curator at The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo, Norway, has curated numerous exhibitions, including Hverdagsliv: Everyday Life, MiST – Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum, Trondheim (2007); Modus Operandi, Zink Gallery, Lillehammer/ MiST – Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum, Trondheim (2009/10); Tendencies – 2010, F-15 Gallery, Moss (2010); and Svein Thingnes – Ceramics 1970–2010, Sogn og Fjordane Art Museum, Førde/ MiST – Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum, Trondheim (2010/11).
Author of En ny diskurs for kunsthåndverket – En teori om det nye konseptuelle kunsthåndverket [A New Discourse for Decorative Art – A Theory on Contemporary Conceptual Craft] (Oslo 2007); Modus operandi – hensiktsmessighetens estetikk [Modus Operandi – The Aesthetics of Appropriateness] (Trondheim 2009); and Svein Thingnes – keramikk 1970–2010 [Svein Thingnes – Ceramics 1970–2010] (Sogn og Fjordane 2010).
