Habermas, Tilmann

teaches psychoanalysis in the Department of Psychology at the Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

He has published books on the cultural context and history of eating disorders and on personal objects, on which the contribution to this volume is based.

The biographical value of personal objects led to his current interest in the development of biographical reasoning and the life story as well as in narrative processing of emotion.
